Richard Gardner Receives 2015 Ramona Kunard Award

ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø San Diego staff member Richard Gardner has recently been awarded the 2015 Ramona Kunard award. Gardner joined ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø in 2003 and is the director of the CLASS Tutoring Center. He has helped countless students get over their mathematical roadblocks and brings an unwavering energy to his work. Richard is an active participant in campus life and can always be found helping others in a wide variety of disciplines.

The Ramona Kunard award was established upon the retirement of Dr. Kunard to recognize an ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø staff member who exemplifies the highest standards of leadership, dedication and service to ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø. Nominations are collected by the Unified Staff Council and the winner is selected from among nominees at all ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø campuses.
